Not too long ago, I had a newborn at home and felt lost with how to help my favorite little human. Even as a chiropractor with pediatric experience, my mom brain took front and center and I needed peace NOW. But suddenly I forgot how to use my hands?

I was so used to doing body work and was shocked when I became a mom that I didn’t know how to move my own baby or release the tension he was feeling.
